Our brand new purpose built, service centre is the only one of its kind in the area. It was opened in 2009 in order to cope with the latest flat screen and digital technologies.
Unlike any of our competitors we continue to invest in after sales service. We know that looking after you once you’ve made your purchase is just as important as the care you received when you first visited our store.
We are approved digital service agents for the latest LCD and Plasma technologies from our two major brands - Panasonic and Sony along with the latest DVD product and audio equipment from the brands we sell.
Our qualified engineers and installation technicians have many years of experience, are experts in their field and regularly attend training courses to keep up with ever changing technology. In the unfortunate event that your product should develop a fault we aim to fix the problem as quickly and as hassle free as possible. We have loan LCD televisions available for our customers - so you won't miss your favourite programmes.
